Welcome to Ivy Sari. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, www.ivysari.com, and any purchases made through our online store.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Our mission is to offer thoughtfully selected products designed to support comfort during everyday activities, including sitting, walking, working and relaxing.
2. Products and Information
We aim to provide accurate and transparent descriptions of all products available through our store.
Product descriptions, materials, dimensions, specifications and care instructions are provided to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
Please note:
- Product colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings.
- Product dimensions and specifications are stated on the relevant product pages.
- Products should be used according to their intended purpose and any accompanying instructions.
- Product availability may change.
Ivy Sari's everyday comfort and wellness products are not represented as medical treatments unless expressly identified and legally marketed as such.
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent medical conditions unless specifically authorised and described for that purpose.
3. Pricing and Payments
All prices are displayed in euros (EUR) unless otherwise indicated.
The final amount payable, including applicable taxes and delivery charges, will be clearly displayed before an order is confirmed.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Ivy Sari does not directly store full payment card details.
We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted.
4. Orders and Confirmation
After placing an order, customers will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order.
We may contact customers if there is an issue with product availability, payment verification or delivery information.
If we cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will notify the customer and provide the appropriate refund.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Ivy Sari delivers to the destinations displayed during checkout.
Available shipping methods, charges and estimated delivery times will be communicated before purchase.
Delivery estimates may vary depending on product availability, destination and logistics providers.
Some orders may be fulfilled and shipped directly by our selected supply and logistics partners.
Where no alternative delivery period has been expressly agreed, orders will be delivered within 30 days of the contract being concluded, as required by applicable consumer law.
If delivery is delayed beyond the agreed or legally applicable timeframe, customers may exercise their statutory rights, including requesting delivery within an appropriate additional period and, where legally permitted, cancelling the order.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer when the consumer, or a third party designated by them other than the carrier, physically receives the goods, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Customers purchasing as consumers within the European Union generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving their goods, without providing a reason, subject to legally permitted exceptions.
To exercise this right, customers must inform Ivy Sari through a clear statement sent to:
After informing us of their decision to withdraw, customers must return the goods within 14 days.
Customers are responsible for the direct return shipping costs, unless we agree otherwise or applicable law requires us to cover those costs. Return costs and instructions will be disclosed before purchase.
Returned products may be inspected. Where permitted by law, a deduction may be made for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Any statutory exceptions to the withdrawal right will be clearly identified where applicable.
7. Refunds
Where a customer validly exercises the statutory right of withdrawal, Ivy Sari will reimburse the payments received, including standard outbound delivery charges, within 14 days of being informed of the withdrawal decision.
We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or the customer provides evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first, where permitted by law.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed.
No refund fees will be charged to customers exercising their statutory withdrawal rights.
Additional delivery costs arising from a customer's choice of a more expensive delivery option than the least expensive standard delivery offered are not refundable where permitted by law.
These provisions do not limit customer rights concerning faulty, damaged or non-conforming products.
8. Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Products
We take customer satisfaction seriously.
If an order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or different from what was ordered, customers should contact us with their order number and a description of the issue.
Photographs may help us resolve the issue more efficiently but do not replace or restrict statutory consumer rights.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, customers may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund at no additional cost.
9. Legal Guarantee
Consumers purchasing goods from Ivy Sari benefit from the mandatory legal guarantee applicable under European and national consumer protection laws.
In Belgium, new consumer goods are generally covered by a two-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery.
If a product does not conform to the sales contract, the customer may exercise the remedies provided by applicable law.
Any commercial warranty offered by Ivy Sari is additional to, and does not replace, statutory rights.
